Food Truck & Catering Booking
Reserve one of our food trucks for your next wedding, graduation, office party, or any other event.
Catering packages start at only $20 per person and include a 1-hour setup and 1-hour clean up fee of $150. All catering packages include a 2-hour serving window with 20% gratuity. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of $100/hour.
We have a 70-guest or $1,000 food minimum during the week (Mon - Thur), and a 100-guest or $1800 food minimum on weekends (Fri - Sun) for catering.
Due to increased labor and prep, birria taco requests require a minimum of $1,200 on a weekday (Mon - Thur) or $1,900 on a weekend (Fri - Sun).
We’ll travel up to 30 miles away from Mamacitas restaurant on Taft Rd for free. Any additional travel will come with a cost. We operate our food trucks from March through November, weather pending.

Food Truck & Catering Menu
Catering Packages:
Traditional Food Truck ($20/person):
Includes yellow rice and beans, chicken or beef and cheese empanadas, and choice of chicken stew or roasted garlic pork. Customers can also add pepper steak & onions for an additional $3.00/person
Mamacitas Taco Truck ($22/person):
Includes chipotle chicken topped with Mama's homemade pico and melted mozzerella and-or carne asada tacos topped with chimichurri and cotija cheese. Package also includes one empanada of choice per person (any additional empanadas will be charged at a rate of $5/empanada)
Quesadilla (one per person) or $17 each. Choice chicken and cheese, just cheese, or veggie). Includes sour cream.
Birria Taco Special Truck ($25/person)
Includes birria tacos and/or birria quesadillas with consume to dip and limes.
Add Birria package to any other package for $15/person. This will include 2 tacos per person along with consume and limes.
